「天空の茶畑」®︎として知られる岐阜県揖斐川町の春日地区では、農薬不使用、無施肥のお茶栽培が40年以上行われています。この地域で800年近く守り続けられたざいらい茶「天空の古来茶」®︎を、抹茶を挽く石臼でパウダー状に挽きました。

挿し木や接木をせずに種子から自然に育ったこのお茶は風味と香りが豊かで、お茶本来の味わいを楽しんでいただけます。また茶葉にはビタミンE、クロロフィル、食物繊維など水に溶けない栄養成分が多く含まれています。手軽にお湯を注ぐだけで、また水に溶くだけでそうした要素を丸ごと摂取でき、料理やお菓子作りにも便利です。

使用方法：
・茶碗一杯分が茶杓にひと掬い弱。ひと袋40gで茶碗約100〜120杯分お楽しみいただけます（濃さにより変わります）。

・500gのペットボトルで冷たい緑茶を作る際は、2〜3gと少量の水を入れてよく振ってから、残りの分量の水を入れて混ぜてください。

【Ryokucha Powder - Single Origin Japanese Green Tea】
In the Kasuga district of Ibigawa town in Gifu Prefecture, known as the "Tea Farm in the Sky", pesticide-free and fertilizer-free tea cultivation has been practiced for over 40 years. Zarai tea, called the "Ancient Tea in the Sky", has been preserved for nearly 800 years in this region, and has been ground into powder using a stone mortar for matcha.
Grown naturally from seeds without cuttings or grafting, our tea is rich in flavor and aroma, allowing you to enjoy the authentic taste of tea. The tea leaves contain many water-insoluble nutrients such as vitamin E, chlorophyll, and dietary fiber. These nutrients can fully be ingested simply by dissolving the powder in hot or cold water, or using it for cooking and baking.

Directions:
-Use less than a scoop of teaspoon for one cup of tea. One bag contains 40g of tea powder, which is enough to make about 100 to 120 cups of tea (depending on the strength).
-When making cold green tea in a 500g bottle, add 2-3g of powder and a small amount of water, shake well, then fill up the bottle with water and mix.

【POUDRE DE RYOKUCHA - THÉ VERT JAPONAISE ORIGIN UNIQUE】
La « Plantation de thé céleste » est le surnom donné à la région de Kasuga (département de Gifu), où le thé est cultivé sans pesticides depuis plus de quarante ans. Le thé Zairai, « ancien thé de la plantation céleste », y est produit depuis près de 800 ans ; il est réduit en poudre à l'aide d'un moulin en pierre utilisé pour moudre le matcha.
Cultivé naturellement à partir de graines, sans boutures ni greffes, ce thé est riche en goût et en arôme et offre une saveur unique et authentique. Les feuilles de thé contiennent également une grande quantité de nutriments insolubles dans l'eau, tels que la vitamine E, la chlorophylle et les fibres alimentaires. Ainsi, vous pouvez les consommer intégralement et simplement en versant ou en dissolvant la poudre dans de l'eau chaude, ce qui la rend pratique pour la cuisine et la pâtisserie.

Mode d'emploi :
•Pour une tasse de thé, mettre un peu moins d’une cuillère à café de poudre. Un sachet de 40 g vous permet de réaliser environ 100-120 tasses de thé (en fonction du goût souhaité).
•Pour préparer du thé vert froid dans une bouteille de 500 ml, ajouter 2 à 3 g et une petite quantité d’eau, bien agiter avant d'incorporer le reste de l’eau.
